Hacienda and Faena
We chose carefully the cattles. Our technicians they look for a standard of young cattle, which augurs tender meats of first quality. With due sanitary control, cattle enter to the slaughterhouse in optimum conditions to be slaughtered. Before enter the line are washed, thus initiating the killing process.
In FRIGORÍFICO ROSARIO, 380 people work, 45 dedicated exclusively to the killing line. From the immobilization to the final seal the task is framed in a rigorous cleanliness and purity of procedures and where the cattle in their right time pass through all the stages, reaching the cold rooms from where they start so much towards the supply as to the subsequent treatment in view of its export.
All the machinery used in the slaughter line is moved by air compressed. Our frigorífico has capacity to work 280 daily cattle. We are for the city of Rosario one of its most important work sources.

Exportation of the Meat
In the capital of our country, we have an exclusively dedicated plant for the desosado and preparation of the different cuts of meat destined to be exported. This plant has an important investment in cold, having fast frozen tunnels, previous step to the estibado in cameras for his export.
FRIGORIFICO ROSARIO exports its products to different markets, among which we can highlight: China, European Union, USA, Israel,
Mercosur, and Russia. We enjoy an excellent reputation both in the quality of the exported products as in the fulfillment of delivery times.
